ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is a nervous system reset, completely different than a massage. ASMR at Solari is slow repetitive movements with soft or firm brushes, soothing scalp tools, jade combs and various textures. We don't use much tapping or crinkling of plastic/paper. We use slow, structured, intentional moves to let your body relax. These movements allows your nervous system to know it is okay and safe to give in and relax. Some people experience chills, tingling, and a deep sense of calm lasting long after you leave the spa. Think of our ASMR sessions as a full nervous system reset!
Many of our ASMR guests come in during stressful events in their lives, before surgery, and to just enjoy a day with a friend or loved one.
We have 30 minute sessions to start, but I promise, you are going to want to add another 30 minutes for a full hour of peace.
This service does not get your hair wet. $40-65
